Stable speedster The Javelin brought his best to Yarra Valley today winning The BM58 1000m.
On his best behaviour after being scratched at the barrier a fortnight ago at Moonee Valley stable rider Remi Tremsal had the Unencumbered Gelding jumping clear of the field,using his high cruising speed to the turn then running away for an easy win.
Congrats to Remi who with his boys completed The Run For Kids this morning then headed to Yarra Valley to ride The Javelin to the win.Also congrats to owner Hugh Wallace-Smith a substantial backer of the stable who deserved the win after some frustrating days at the races.
